Overview of Classes

Raw War CrossFit offers a wide variety of classes, for both beginners and advanced athletes.  Whether it's CrossFit,  Hip-Hop, Zumba, Yoga, functional strength or weight training (RawFit/BurnOut), you're sure to find a fun and challenging workout that's appropriate for your level of fitness.

 

CLASSES INCLUDED IN CF MEMBERSHIP

 

CrossFit 

Energetic and fun group classes utilizing constantly varied, functional movements, performed at high intensity. The daily workouts always change and can be scaled to match anyone's fitness level. Each weeks programmed workouts are balanced to get an all around STRENGTH, GYMNASTIC an CARDIO variety. We constantly work on skills and technique improving your quality of work load and quality of life as we age. Join us in the fun and take your workouts to the next level.

 

 ADDITIONAL CLASSES IN CF MEMBERSHIP ARE BELOW/ ADDITIONAL CLASSES BELOW ARE  ALSO PUNCHCARD CLASSES AS WELL IF NOT A MEMBER.

 

Burnout (HIIT weight training)

Addicting HIIT style circuit weight training-10 sets at each circuit station,  timed sets of 20 seconds active, 10 seconds rest as we use 60% -70% of maximum weight to burn out muscles. Once burned out we build strength, endurance and burn calories to create a cut and toned look to your body.

 

RawFit

Functional strength exercises and weight training with multiple stations on a rotation with 30 seconds active and 15 seconds rest. This class is fit for all. Modifications will provided if needed.

 

Community WOD

Saturday mornings only. This is a fun and energetic workout for our members to bring friends to give CrossFit a try. The workout is intense but can be modified to fit the first time CrossFitter.

 

AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

A mixture of cardio, bodyweight and weights. You strive for the race against time or how many sets of a group of exercises you can do in a time limit. Never monotonous keeping you engaged and always on your toes. Fit for all levels of people. Modifications are always available.
